Lavender Mission Field
Rooted in the love of lavender and a passion for giving back, Lavender Mission Field, LLC, works as a social enterprise. Ten percent of our lavender farm sales support the nonprofit, Growing Resiliency, which aims to close the achievement gap in literacy by supporting children experiencing adversity in many different forms.
We believe in the power of generosity and
live by the mentality that the world always needs a little more giving.
Lavender Mission Field, LLC, a small lavender farm in Northeast Wisconsin, began in 2017 with the planting of 200 lavender plants. Since that first summer, the farm has grown to over 700 plants with the loving support of family and friends, and sources an assortment of calming lavender products.
The LMF products not only bring a sense of comfort to your home but also comfort children in need. Ten percent of our sales, along with special promotions, support the nonprofit Growing Resiliency. This local nonprofit is focused on nurturing and promoting resilience in children who face challenges in life.
Growing Resiliency
When you purchase from LMF, you choose to be a part of Growing Resiliency’s mission. Growing Resiliency works in collaboration with community organizations to provide training and ongoing tutor support. Tutors are equipped with techniques promoting and nurturing a growth mindset, which enables tutees to overcome challenges and fosters resilience. This growth mindset not only benefits the tutee but the tutor as well, as they grow stronger together.
